I am Juan Navarro and it is an honor to be your wedding photographer. What you should really know about me is that I am madly in love with what I do. I feel really blessed to have found a passion that moves me in such a way than anything else I have experienced before.
Having the great responsibility of shooting your wedding has made me respect my job even more, since I will have no chance to do it again. I love living with you all the emotions you go through on this big day and most of all being able to give you the chance to have this memories for a lifetime to cherish and enjoy. What I like to shoot most is the very unique moments full of emotion and love that will happen during your wedding.
If you asked me right now, I wouldn´t be doing anything else in the whole world!

I was born in Mexico City, studied Business Management and then turned to be a stockbroker when I decided to move to Cancun. Being a wedding photographer has filled all the expectations I could have; it gives me more adrenaline and excitement than even the stock exchange!
I could describe myself as a very active person; I cannot stand still. I love learning new things and tricks about my job, and about my second best passion which is cooking. I feel very relaxed in the kitchen creating new things for my family (which I have been told my wife enjoys a lot!) What makes me very happy is sharing with my two daughters my passion. They both are starting to like shooting pictures as I do. It is amazing when you can share something you really like doing with the people you care the most.
I started in the photography business at the Secrets Excellence Riviera Cancun resort when I did all the photography for the resort except for the weddings. One day a wedding coordinator asked me to shoot a wedding held at the hotel. And there is where I fell in love with wedding photography and haven't stopped since. As I got busier my company started growing being in-house photographers for resorts such as Riu Palace, Riu Caribe, Gran Caribe Real, Riu Cancun, Secrets Capri, Dreams Cancun, Dreams Riviera, Excellence Riviera Cancun, Excellence Playa Mujeres, Now Jade (former NH Puerto Morelos) and Secrets Maroma Beach.
Offering the best quality has always been a priority for me thus I acquire the best equipment available and work with an assistant so no important moment during the wedding gets unnacounted for.
I have taken my profession so seriously and I am so passionate about it that I have even learned how to dive to be able to shoot underwater sessions and bought the necessary equipment for it.
I have dedicated some time to prepare myself and to always learn new things by attending workshops some photographers I admire have given such as Citlali Rico, Andres Parro, Sergio, Kelly Rashka, Hiram Trillo and getting ready for Foundation Workshop in Mexico 2012 where all journalist masters meet.
From anything I have worked at before nothing compares to wedding photography. I feel very fortunate to work doing what I love the most!
